VIDEO: Netizens Blasts Police Officers from Rosales,Pangasinan For Not Arresting An Armed Person Near A Mall

Pangasinan, Philippines - Netizens blasts Police officers allegedly from Rosales, Pangasinan for allegedly not arresting an armed person that resulted in a very dangerous shooting incident outside a mall. The video is now viral in social media sites trending online as netizens express their sentiments and rants against the 3 public servants.

In the video who Genaro Mariñas posted just yesterday, You can see three police officers were talking with the gunman. Few seconds after, the armed man went straight towards the entrance of the mall. Few more seconds, a loud bang was heard.Two more bangs were heard afterwards. You can also hear alarmed citizens screaming in shear fright.

Netizens who have watched the video expressed their disappointments with  the three police. How come that they have not stop the gunman or just even disarmed the him.

At the end of the video, it can be seen a vigilante came out giving the gunman a sidekick. Praise to him.
