Manila, Philippines - Promising artist Empress Schuck is confirmed pregnant. Empress made the big confession on the entertainment Talk show Startalk. She also revealed the identity of her non-showbiz boyfriend who is also the baby's father.
On the same day that the news came out that Marian Rivera was pregnant, former child star Empress Schuck also ignited pregnancy rumors.
Empress Schuck, who is currently appearing in GMA's daytime TV series "Kailang Ba Tama Ang Mali?" was the one being referred to on Startalk's teaser which entitled, "Batang Aktres na napapanood ngayon sa isang Soap Opera, matapang na ilalantad ang kanyang Pagdadalantao!"
In an interview last February, she denied having a boyfriend. So, who's the baby's father?
She revealed that the baby's father is a non-showbiz personality named Vino Guingona, a family friend from Zamboanga and also the grandson of former Vice President Teofisto Guingona Jr.
Empress, who just turned 22 last February, is one of the talented young actresses to be impregnated so early in their showbiz careers. She's even younger than Melissa Ricks, who just gave birth last January.
Late last year, Empress surprisingly from ABS-CBN to GMA to try out better career opportunities.
Hopefully this is just a minor setback and she can revive her career sooner than later.
