Manila, Philippines- After allegedly being reported giving away 'small' cash assistance along with miniature rosary bracelets with the letter 'B' imprinted on the cross to the families left by the victims of sunken ferry, MB Kim Nirvana, Vice President Jejomar Binay have been accused again of giving away 'Binay' merchandise.
