VIDEO: Alleged Andrea Brillantes Scandal Goes Viral

Manila, Philippines- An alleged two-part video scandal of young teen ABS-CBN actress Andrea Brillantes satisfying herself trended on social media sites Thursday evening July 9,2015.

The Part 1 of the alleged scandal video the young actress apparently happened inside her bedroom while Part 2 apparently happened inside a restroom, in both videos the young female can be seen teasing her muffin with satisfaction.

According to a pinoyscoop viewer, the who informed us about the controversial private video, the first part of the clip lasts only 27 seconds and the second one lasts a minute and 33 seconds long. Links of the alleged clip was already spreading around facebook, twitter and other social media sites like wildfire. Many concerned netizens are already convinced that the female is confirmed the young actress.

Andrea appeared in the Teleserye Annaliza which she starred as the main character of the show alongside Zanjoe Marudo, Zanjoe Marudo, Kaye Abad, Patrick Garcia, and Denise Laurel. She portrayed the role of Annaliza, a girl who faced numerous trials under her foster parents. The show debuted on May 27, 2013, and ended on March 21, 2014.

The actress is currently playing the role of Lia Buenavista on ABS-CBN’s primetime series Pangako Sayo.

According to the Netizens, Andrea’s cellphone was stolen by someone that leaked the private video, but is still not proven.

However, if proven the uploader may face legal charges, cases such as:

1. Republic Act No. 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009
Taking a photo or video coverage of a person or group of persons performing sexual act. It includes capturing an image of a person’s private parts.
Reproduction, copying, selling, or distribution of the photo or video of sexual act.
Publishing, broadcasting, showing or exhibiting the photo or video of sexual act.
2.  Revised Penal Code, Article 353
It is a “public and malicious imputation of a crime, or of a vice or defect, real or imaginary, or any act, omission, condition, status, or circumstance tending to cause the dishonor, discredit, or contempt of a natural or juridical person..”
3. Revised Penal Code, Article 355
A libel committed by means of writing, printing, lithography, engraving, radio, phonograph, painting, theatrical exhibition, cinematographic exhibition, or any similar means, punishable by prision correccional in its minimum and medium periods or a fine ranging from 200 to 6,000 pesos, or both, in addition to the civil action which may be brought by the offended party
