It is a challenge where you make yourself and your friends Make your friends accountable for either not donating or doing the challenge.The rules are by completing the said challenge it means that you're contributing to the prevention , cure and research of the ALS , Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Well , Team Gilas Pilipinas has accepted the challenge and posted their very own #icebucketchallenge.
