Manila Philippines - The 8th Annual Star Magic Ball is long gone over but netizens and so-called fashion experts just can't stop talking about a particular cataclysmic outfit until now.

That gown was adorned by actress Kristel Moreno, a member of Star Magic Batch 16. seems like all the fashion gurus tagged her as the worst dressed celebrity at the Star Magic Ball.

Moreno said on an interview that she wore nothing but the dress meaning no undergarments, no bra and no panty.

Many netizens said that the gown Moreno wore was inappropriate for her body type and haters say the she's a little bit overweight for the outfit.


Apparently Kristel Moreno finally broke her silence and reacted to all the bashing of her haters and posted a message through Instagram.
