Movie Preview : Talk Back and You're Dead Featuring James Reid and Nadine Lustre

Great news JaDine fans, James Reid and Nadine Lustre will pair anew for the movie adaptation of Talk Back and You’re Dead The Movie, one of the best-selling novels that is written by Alesana Marie and rose to popularity on Wattpadd in the year 2013.

A classic love story that revolves around sophisticated and wealthy girl named “ Samantha “ which is played by Nadine who falls in love with a charismatic gang leader named “ Timothy Odelle Pendleton “ also known as TOP in the novel is played by James Reid.
According to the author of the novel herself she wrote Talk Back and You’re Dead because she's unable to find the kind of story that suits her taste in sort of novels that there is today. Little did she knew that what she wrote will eventually become so popular that it gained thousands of avid fans and followers everywhere in the Philippines. The novel was so popular that Viva Films executives got interested in making a full pledge film.

Both James and Nadine are ecstatic for their new movie because of the fact that after that very successful team-up from their last movie “ Diary ng Panget “ they will be paired again although this time their roles will be significantly different to spice things up as the duo discuss.

Though there are some action scenes involved in this new movie of the JaDine love team , the pair promised that the kilig factor that their fans always loved will never be diminished rather they will feel the same thrills and excitements which they experienced from their last movie with a fresher and refined feel to it.

According to reports Diary ng Panget netted a total P120 million pesos in the box office. Because this phenomenal success Viva Films decided to produce another film to keep the JaDine love team momentum going. They also hired Andoy Ranay again to direct the said film.

After Diary ng Panget James and Nadine’s popularity skyrocketed to a whole new level thus giving them more blessings and more career opportunities in the showbiz industry. James and Nadine said that they are forever grateful for the success that they are achieving and thanked all their fans for believing in them and continuing to support their love team. Shooting for the upcoming film starts when James and Nadine finished all their prior commitments and projects.

Additional Cast in the film is Yassi Pressman as Audrey Dela Cruz and Joseph Marco as Jared “ Red “ Dela Cruz.

Here’s a brief Review of the novel Talk Back and You’re Dead :

The story is about a girl named Sam who fell in love with an arrogant, selfish  and a cussing machine named “TOP” whose real name is actually Timothy which he didn't like. They met in a very funny circumstance that led to a romance between a goody-two-shoes girl and a gangster. The novel was divided into two parts and I just only finished reading the first.
