Manila Philippines - A couple of photos of Mayor Rodrigo Duterte became viral and trending online. In the alleged photos the Davao Mayor apparently kisses a 14 year old Girl while grabbing the girl's arms.
The scandalous photos caught the attention of alarmed citizens and thus the photos were even reported in ireport.cnn.com.
The kissing photos of the Mayor Duterte got plenty of views, shares and likes and still is a trending topic on social media sites. Although there is no video evidence of the said kissing scandal or even the real origin of the photos.
It is believe that Mayor Duterte is allegedly gunning for Presidency on the 2016 elections but it's not official since the mayor has not declared his interest. If this photo scandal is apparently true this would be a big blow to Duterte's 2016 aspirations.
